The 2024 National Leadership Conference theme seeks to embrace the path of Omicron Delta Kappa. This year, we celebrate the 110th anniversary of our founding and the 50th year of women’s inclusion in OΔK. We thought this would be a good time to examine our society’s past, present, and future.

During the conference, we will hear from the women who were trailblazers and became the first women initiates. We will learn from individuals leading some of the world’s most important organizations, and finally, we will join with those at the beginning of their journey. Together, we will shape tomorrow, each of us playing a crucial role in the future of our organization and society.
