Dr. Elizabeth Kiss


Elizabeth Kiss (Davidson College, 1982) is an American philosopher and academic administrator specializing in moral and political philosophy. Dr. Kiss (pronounced ‘quiche’) became Warden of Rhodes House and CEO of the Rhodes Trust in August 2018, the first woman to hold this position.  She oversees the world’s oldest graduate scholarship, the Rhodes Scholarship, as well as several partnership programs.  Founded in 1903, the Rhodes Scholarships support outstanding students from around the world for graduate study at the University of Oxford.   One hundred Scholars are selected annually on the basis of intellect, character, leadership potential, and commitment to service.  Dr Kiss has launched the 125th Anniversary Strategic plan for the Rhodes Trust which will expand the annual number of Scholars to 125 with a wider global profile. It also includes an ambitious fundraising campaign, deepening the alumni lifelong fellowship and increase the connection and impact of our partnership programmes which include The Mandela Rhodes Foundation, Atlantic Institute, Schmidt Science Fellowship program and Rise.

Dr. Kiss is the 2024 recipient of ODK’s highest honor, the Laurel Crowned Circle Award.

True Colors®

True Colors® is a recognized and proven methodology that identifies and honors individuals’ genuine qualities and behaviors. It employs the simplexity temperament theory into practical initiatives. Our proprietary methodology incorporates four distinct colors – Orange, Gold, Green, and Blue – to symbolize the primary personality types. These colors are the foundation of the True Colors temperament typology system. This is a $100+ dollar set of programs included with your registration. Space is limited to 200 attendees.

OΔK members will experience a two-part program. 

Part 1 –  ( 1:00 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.) will be the True Colors Personal Awareness and Success Training program.
Part 2 – (3:15 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) will a customized Emotional Intelligence Training program.
