Registration includes the connection to some of the best collegiate leaders in the country; access to all conference sessions and materials; dinner on Friday and Saturday, boxed lunch on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday; and, OΔK swag which includes a conference backpack, an OΔK T-shirt, an OΔK tumbler and some special items.
Registration does not include hotel or transportation.

Funds made available from the Maurice A. Clay Leadership Develop Initiative Grants allow for one collegiate member from the first 75 circles to register and qualify for a $125 registration grant. Circles will need to provide the name and email of their primary collegiate attendee. Collegiate registrants must be initiated members of their circle and still enrolled at their institution of initiation or active member in a circle.
The circle will be provided a discount code and instructions to receive the grant.

Omicron Delta Kappa recognizes the outstanding efforts of those who serve the Society through circle advising or one of our many committees. If you are currently serving, you should receive an email with a discount code. Please use this ode when registering to receive the $249 rate.
Please note – if you are a volunteer and part of a group reservation that receives a group discount, you cannot receive the volunteer discount as well.

Saturday Only Registration
Saturday-only registration includes all sessions, boxed lunch, and dinner plus conference swag. $150
Group Reservations
Circles may register a group of two or more individuals traveling together. For group reservations, we provide an option for invoicing the circle. Groups are permitted to register for day-only activities (Preconference Workshop, Friday-Only, or Saturday-Only), NOTE: There are no discounts for day-only registrations.
Please note payment must be received for any group reservation by November 1, 2023 or the reservations will be canceled. For questions about group reservations, email Tim Reed, [email protected].
Group Discounts
For group registrations, with every four (4) paid registrations, we will provide up to a $249 credit for the fifth registration.
If the circle is already receiving the student grant, the fifth registrant will receive $124, giving the circle a total credit of $249.
For eight paid registrations, including one for the first student registrations, the circle will receive a $124 credit for the fifth registrant and a $249 credit for the tenth registrant, for a total credit of $371.

Cancellations and Refunds
OΔK will refund part of the registration if canceled before the dates below.
50% refund – Cancellation prior to October 15, 2023
No Refund – Cancellation on or after October 15, 2023
Registrations may be transferred to another individual until October 15, 2023. After October 15, registrations may not be refunded or transferred.
